He was a very successful Account Executive for 2 years, a nationally recognized Manager for 5 years and has been President and Owner of MRI – Milwaukee North – a consistent award-winning office – for over 30 years.

Tim still actively recruits because he loves the challenge of directly impacting a client company’s future growth by providing them with the “best and brightest” managers and executives in their industries.

Tim prides himself on his ability to build a strong recruiting team. He hires experienced professionals who have track records of success. Tim looks for people with a special combination of networking and people skills who can create long-term “partnering relationship”, resulting in repeat and referral business from satisfied clients.

Tim has partnered with 100’s of companies in diverse industries worldwide. Whatever your needs for key personnel he can locate, recruit, and facilitate bringing him or her on board quickly and cost-effectively.

After graduating from Marquette University, he spent 2 years at Allis Chalmers in engineering before joining MRI. He worked in the centrifugal pump and industrial controls division as an application engineer before becoming a project engineer in the research division working on fuels cells for the Apollo mission

Tim offers unique insight into manufacturing organizations. In 1986 he co-founded a manufacturing firm, Precision Industries Corp. of Germantown, WI. PIC manufactures rubber coated fabric industrial diaphragms and is ISO 9002 and QS 9000 certified. Tim personally recruited the management and professional staff including the President, V.P. of Sales, Engineering Manager, and V.P. of Operations. He was actively involved in regular board meetings as well as strategic decisions.

Due to the success of Precision Industries in the marketplace, Freudenberg-NOK, multi-billion dollar manufacturer that wanted to acquire a company in that niche, approached PIC, and successfully negotiated the sale, which closed in October of 2007.

This over 20 year involvement has given Tim an unique appreciation for, and insight into the successful management of a manufacturing organization. Tim has also been an active member of TEC 5 of Milwaukee for the past several years

Tim’s energy, enthusiasm and ability to “make things happen” is legendary in the MRINetwork. You will enjoy working with Tim and his team.
