| Job Description: | Responsibilities will include: - Oversight of all projects in the shop from assembly through shipping, including all repair / rebuild projects as well as new production; - Work with purchasing and outside vendors to ensure on-time delivery of products and services; - Determine project priorities and communicate those priorities to the rest of the team; - Rational response to customer demands for service/repair; - Organization of the flow of work through the shop to accommodate both routine production and custom repair/rebuild demands. |
